Shipping Policy Turnaround All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS First Class USPS Priority Mail USPS Priority International Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Payment Policy Accepted Methods of Payment Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) PayPal Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, it must also be in the original packaging. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 1. Please email support@crystalinspiredcreations.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. 2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include some health and personal care items. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@crystalinspiredcreations.com. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@crystalinspiredcreations.com. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
